Fraser Valley Linux Users Group

FVLUG update - June 28, 2008:

The original FVLUG has essentially fallen apart and is now dead. As you can see below, the meetings have been very sporadic over the last few years. Turnouts have been poor. The domain FVLUG.ORG expired and has been taken over by some domain squatter.

A new group has started a new FVLUG: see http://fvlug.ca/

What is FVLUG?

FVLUG is a local Linux advocacy group, whose target is to help get the word out about Linux and the capabilities of this platform.

Meetings

Currently we meet on the second Monday of every month. See FVLUG Meeting Location for details on where we meet.

Suggestions

We are always looking for ways to improve the FVLUG, be it through changes to the website, the mailing list, or most often, the topics we discuss each month. If you have any suggestions, please add them to the FVLUG Suggestions page.

Contribute!

Linux thrives on openness, sharing, and configurability. It is the unix way. As such, feel free to share tips about about Linux (and related Open Source technologies) by editting existing pages and adding new ones. Generally, it is best to browse around a little and familiarize with the content that already exists, then edit and add new pages as appropriate.

If you're unfamiliar with the wiki syntax for editting a page, follow the brief overview in the edit page. This site is a part of the Nyetwork wiki; read About This Wiki for more background information.
